Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Your must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying. When ordering your made to measure blinds you are agreeing to a legal binding contract. Made to measure blinds are made to your precise measurements. Please ensure you have read and understand the measuring and fitting guides before purchasing your goods. We can only process your order when the blinds ordered have been paid for in full. The agreement will be concluded 24 hours after you have placed your order. After this time your order will be manufactured and the blinds cut to your sizes. No refunds will be offered after this time. We cannot accept returns and make refunds if you have given us wrong measurements. We will not be able to resell those products and therefore we will not be able to refund the money.

Products: If you decide to buy from our website and the sample has been presented to you online you agree that there might be a colour difference between the online sample and the finished ordered product. Because monitor colours vary, please request free sample if colour and quality are important to you. No refunds will be offered if you do not like the product. All enquiries regarding orders and customer services must be done via our contact page. Please note that our working hours are 9am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday. We may cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to make and deliver the blinds ordered, and if any products have been discontinued. We may also cancel your order if it is found that there is a pricing/typing error within our database or website. If we cancel for the above reasons, you will receive a full refund. Our products are offered with a 12 month guarantee for defects of working components that prevent the product from working correctly.

Delivery: All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday. When your order is ready for despatch, we will confirm delivery date. All goods will be delivered to the address provided and must be signed for upon receipt. On delivery the person receiving the products must inspect the goods for any damages and sign as damaged if it is the case. The receiver must inspect the goods inside the boxes as well and sign the consignment as damaged if it is the case and check that the order is complete. Any faults or damages to the product must be reported in writing via our contact page within 24 hours from the receipt of goods. No liability will be accepted after. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year like Bank Holidays and Christmas. Deliveries on certain areas are subject to extra charges after an order has been placed, areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Replublic of ireland, Channel Islands and others. We will inform the customers with the extra charge from the carrier as soon as possible. The customer has the option to cancel their order if the extra charge will not be accepted. Please note that if the courier has tried to deliver and the customer was not present and the courier has left a card or a message and the customer has not contacted the courier to rearrange a convenient time for delivery we will charge £10.00 for redelivery.
